Living Bold LLC is Hiring a CEO Near Harrisburg, PA

Living Bold LLC is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and direction in our Residential Group Home, ensuring the achievement of the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives. Living Bold LLC provides direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, and/or serious mental illnesses across Central PA. We have a growing team of passionate direct support professionals who provide high quality services for the individuals we serve.

The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the President/Chief Operations Officer to oversee day-to-day operations and provide administrative and operational supervision of the Residential program and our group home.

The CEO will have demonstrated knowledge and experience working with the county MH/ID offices as well as the state office of ODP. The successful candidate must also have knowledge of the Chapter 6100 and 6400 regulations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and procedures.
  • Assuring regulatory compliance.
  • Actively participating as a member of the senior management team.
  • The development of new and/or modified program opportunities.
  • The fostering of transparency and open communication.
  • Motivating and training staff to the highest level of quality for the program

Qualification Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or related field with 3 years experience at a senior management level OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in the above field with 5 years experience at a senior management level.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with the county MH/ID offices as well as the state office of ODP.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Chapter 6100 and 6400 regulations.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Able to provide accurate information and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.

  • Able to build and maintain close professional relationships with various departments, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and lead projects.
  • Proactive, self-starter with high levels of initiative to influence events and achieve goals.
  • Committed to working in a team-based environment as well as working independently in a time-sensitive manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,158.00 - $90,119.00 per year
